10 Things For Fitness You Could Be Doing Right Now

As you may or may not have heard, the Pac-12 Fitness Challenge is currently underway on college campuses once again! While simultaneously competing with our football teams, we will also be competing in amount of exercises completed by school! In light of this week, here are 10 things you can do today to increase your health (and also show the other schools who’s boss):
1. When you have spare time, take the scenic route on campus
2. Visit the Farmer’s Market and pick up some locally grown fruit
3. Go for a run around Cromwell Field
4. Learn some myths and fads about dieting at 4:00pm @ Lyon Center
5. Or if you would rather practice than preach, try some yoga at 4:00pm @ Engemann (FREE)
6. Cardio barre at 6:30pm at Lyon Center (FREE this week)
7. Take the power nap you’ve been needing
8. Make the effort to consciously drink more water
9. Check out all the other classes being offered this week for FREE
10. Unwind by cooking yourself a healthy dinner
