About Judy

Hey! I’m Judy. Welcome to my little slice of blog.

What can I say? I’m a Public Relations sophomore here at ‘SC, I have a borderline-unhealthy relationship with the Chipotle on Fig, and I’m delighted to be a Trojans360 contributor!

You know (actually, no you don’t), USC has been my dream school since 8th grade, when I helped my sister move into Birnkrant in 2008. I remember helping her unload her stuff and being asked by a gorgeous student if I needed help. He asked if I was an incoming freshman to which I squeaked, “yes!” (because I was technically an incoming freshman…in high school). Leaving was the worst, but I vowed to return on my own move in day.

Ahem. But of course, I love this university because it champions everything that’s important to me—making it the shred of hope I clung to through AP classes and high school drudgery.

Having been here for almost two years now, the vibrancy of this campus and the exuberance of its student body still have me seeing stars. It’s truly been an honor to surround myself with everything this campus has to offer. That said, being a team member of a blog that captures everything around us has definitely got me stoked.

Now, before this post deteriorates into a tearful Miss Universe acceptance speech, I’ll share a few more things about myself (three, to be exact):

1. Anime is my jam. Nay—it is my warm, toasty, Poptart. Same goes for Avatar: The Last Airbender (though it’s technically not an anime). Oh! And anything Hayao Miyazaki. Anyone who approaches me with this subject is an insta-friend of mine.

2. I love all things feline. I am America’s Next Top Cat Lady and I plan on owning the title 50 years down the road. This cat lady also hopes to indulge regularly in Sriracha, Hot Cheetos, peach rings, pasta, strawberries, Korean barbecue, and pho (though not necessarily all in one go).

3. Whoever you are, I’m your girl (unless it involves illicit activities). Hit me up to hang out or even randomly ask for advice, yeah? I’m always down for new connections and yummy eats!

You can find me on Facebook and Twitter.

Cheers and Fight On!
