Battle of the Bands at Tommy Trojan

This fall the Performing Arts Committee hosted Battle of the Band’s. The three competing bands were Mark Adam and the Fine Fellas, Heartwood, and Gypsum.
The first band to perform was Mark Adam and the Fine Fellas. They put on a soulful performance with their mix of R & B and folk. To check out their music click here.
The following band to go on stage was Heartwood. The four piece rock band got the crowd moving and prepped for the finale act.
The last band to perform was Gypsum. I have to admit they are a favorite of mine. You should definitely check out their music and if you’re in town catch their upcoming show on Dec.12 at the Lost Room in Echo Park.
