1.Pull Yourself Together

Gather your thoughts and tell yourself you can do this!!!

2.Treat Yourself

If you’re feeling stressed go for a massage. It won’t solve all your problems but it will definitely feel like it. 

3.Stay Organized

There is nothing worse than realizing your final is the following day and you’re totally unprepared. So be kind to yourself and write down the dates of your finals on a calendar.

4.Go for a Jog

Take a breath of fresh air and refresh your brain with a quick jog around the block.
