1. Google Calendar: If you don’t already use this wonder, do so immediately. Although it sucks initially having to input everything you need to do, scheduling in repeats will take care of that for you. I usually color code events by Class, Work Study, Internship, Club 1, Club 2, Miscellaneous, and Tests.
