PAC(12) IN FREE LYON CLASSES
By Kelly Kinas ‘17
Are you seeing this right now? We are getting beaten by UCLA. Guys, we cannot have stooped this low. The PAC-12 Fitness Challenge is THIS WEEK. It’s half over! Create an account and start logging up to 2 hours of workout each day! Here’s the link: http://www.pac12challenge.org/
The PAC-12 Fitness challenge is a fitness movement to get all of the schools in the PAC-12 conference to compete for who is the most athletic and active campus. USC is currently in the middle of the pac (get it?). We can totally turn this around. I walk around this campus. You walk around this campus. People are attractive and fit. All you have to do is log the hours you work out after you create an account and you’re golden AND helping your school show how absolutely fabulous we are.
Don’t know where to start working out? Don’t like just running on the treadmill? LUCKY FOR YOU, the Lyon Center is offering free classes this entire week. Unfortunately, it is already Wednesday. But you still have the classes tonight, Thursday, and Friday to SC crush the competition.
WEDNESDAY CLASSES:
Have a midterm tomorrow and can’t work out tonight? What’s a better way to destress from a midterm than by working out?!
THURSDAY CLASSES:
Do you see the bellydancing? Because I do. Too busy tomorrow? LUCKILY, Friday is also included!
FRIDAY CLASSES:
There are so many opportunities for us to get active and help USC beat the farm and the bruins AT THE SAME TIME. Totally worth breaking a sweat. All of this information can be found at https://recandfitness.usc.edu/events/
Tweet at @Trojans360 and @USC with a workout selfie to prove you’re fighting on in the PAC-12 challenge.
Fight on!
